I am Megumi Itakura、 the 1996 program student. I’m glad to fine the names of our same group students、 Dorami、 Kanako. How are you doing? I am a high school teacher in Fukushima now. This year、 I was chosen for the chaperone of the foundation program、 so I went to America and Canada and returned home last week. Canada is very nice country!! And I had really good time there again. Well、 I would like to see our same group members and to come our friendship again.

I am Emiko Ohashi、 the 1993 program student. After I graduated from University at Minnesota、 I worked the company in San Diego. I came back to Japan 3 years ago. Now I am working as marketing、 translate of the medical company in Tokyo. I think I got many chances through the foundation’s program. Thank you.

I am pleased that I found this site. I am traveling with the Manitoba 4-H'ers to Fukushima on July 3. I am looking forward to seeing your country and the Sato family. Keiko Kashiwagi and Rina Hamada stayed with us in Mather、 MB. Our daughter Gail stayed with the Kawamura Family in Iitate in 1999. Thank you York Benimaru Foundation for these great opportunities.

We are very glad to see the Ueda’s message and remember those days. Seven years later、 we got married. Now、 we have two daughters、 the first daughter is 6th grade and second daughter is 4th grade. We sometimes talk them about our memories. We have dreams that all our family will visit to Manitoba again.  (Maiden name:Ueda)
